On July 12, 2013, McMahon voluntarily stepped down as CEO of YOU On Demand and appointed Weicheng Liu as his successor, while remaining the company's principal executive officer and Vice Chairman of the Board. He later became CEO of entertainment service company YOU On Demand in 2010. In 2009, McMahon announced his resignation from WWE. As a wrestler, he has won the European Championship once, the Hardcore Championship once, the SmackDown Tag Team Championship once, and the WWE World Cup in 2018. McMahon, son of WWE Majority Owner/Chairman/CEO Vince McMahon and former Administrator of the Small Business Administration Linda McMahon, elder brother of WWE executive/personality Stephanie McMahon, and brother-in-law of WWE executive/wrestler Paul Levesque. He is the great-grandson of Jess McMahon, grandson of Vincent J. McMahon was also a referee, producer, announcer, and eventually a wrestler on-screen, while also becoming WWE's Executive Vice President of Global Media behind the scenes. He began working in WWE at age 15, starting in their warehouse, where he filled merchandise orders. McMahon is a fourth-generation wrestling promoter as a member of the McMahon family. He is also a minority owner, producer and occasional wrestler in WWE. He is the founder and executive vice-chairman of Ideanomics, formerly Seven Stars Cloud Group.
